Mu-Sigma had contacted us earlier for Management Trainee HR positions. Presently, their requirement has changed and they're hiring for the T&D team and the JD is as follows:  

Job Description

  1. Good communication skills – both written and oral
  2. The position requires continuous interaction with people and requires the person to be energetic and approachable
  3. Should be comfortable with public speaking
  4. Should have an aptitude for training in basic soft skills
  5. Should be proficient with Microsoft Excel, PPT and Outlook
  6. The position requires a high level of flexibility and eagerness to learn the various aspects of Mu Sigma

Offer Salary : 3 Lpa
