After 3 months the salary would be revised to 2.0 LPA + A (Appraised only if 1 candidate would be placed within their 3 month tenure). By December 2013 their salary would be revised to anything between 2.0 – 2.75 LPA + A (Performance Based). |

· Willingness to work in Night shift: 8:30 pm to 5:00 am. Transport facilities will be provided · Excellent communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written, Excellent interpersonal skills · Ability to build, maintain, and develop relationships both locally and globally · Excellent organization and time management skills · Proficiency with Microsoft Tools · Team mentality and positive attitude · High level of comfort working in an environment where following timelines and a sense of urgency are critical to the positions success · High level of comfort working in a virtual team environment · Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines · Excellent phone etiquette and communication · Display an aptitude to building a career in recruiting · Previous experience with recruiting is a plus |

Job Responsibilities |
· As a Sourcing Specialist one is responsible for identifying talent that meets the specific customer’s requirements. · Will be involved for the complete life cycle of the recruitment process · Utilize internal database to identify potential candidates · Place job requirements on the Internet to increase available candidate pool · Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified professionals interested in opportunities · Matching qualified candidates to clients requirements by evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidates · Negotiating competitive rates and gain employment commitment from candidates · Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions, Conduct skills testing and reference checks. · A positive attitude and high level of commitment is a basic pre requisite to be a part of our team. |
