Job Description

·        Prepare Manpower plan based on each location requirement

·        Ensure continuous supply of required manpower.

·        Lateral Recruitments through various sources like job portals, networking sites, references, head hunting etc.

·        Coordinate and implement campus recruiting initiatives.

·        Interview Coordination & Conducting Face to Face Interview

·        Taking care of training coordination and on boarding activities

·        Maintaining the employee files.

Job Specification

·        Excellent Communication skills ,  Good In Convincing

·        Strong organizational and time-management skills

·        Ability to adapt to changing business priorities, environment, and a growing business

·        Hardworking, Target Oriented, Highly self-motivated and directed, Aggressive & Pleasing Personality.

·        Excellent listening and interpersonal skills  Strong conceptual knowledge of recruiting practices

·        Must be able to travel to multiple Colleges & Institutions throughout Karnataka and attend career fairs, information sessions, and other campus recruiting activities

·        Ability to communicate ideas effectively to support recruiting efforts.
