Roles & Responsibilities |
· To support sales team in their selling effort · To consistently plan, monitor and achieve training and product usage targets, arranging presentations and conducting demonstrations and on site visits · To build and sustain long term relationships with the customers · Development of client relationships, handling all customer needs and ensuring client satisfaction following the standard procedures. · Assist the customer at all stages of the interaction. · Adhere to all the training and support processes as laid out by the company · To bring in innovative thinking in the job function · Maintaining industry, product and competitor information |
