OK people. Here is a seventh truth for ya. If you are on LinkedIn one of the best things you can do to help yourselves is to get a recommendation as employers are looking at these sites to see who has recs and belongs to groups as the more outgoing people.Since you joined UvA ya gotta have been outgoing right? So just ask each other and if you wanta get really creative you can do the triangular thing ie a recommends b who recommends c who recs a so it does not look like backscratching which it is.
