I will need to know the names and arrival times of all your vendors and set-up volunteers – they will have to be listed in the contract to gain early entry thru the secured gate.

How much in advance can
someone book the yacht? Because it is not booked now, does that mean it cannot
be booked next week? I would really appreciate those two hours of set-up! And
yes, I have received the floor plan. Is it possible to allocate more space to
coat check, or was that a general estimate? And per our last conversation, you
said we could bring out more tables as needed? I forgot to include two tables
for karaoke.
I would like to attend the precon...if I find a ride. I will keep you updated
