Hey everyone!
Sorry for not sending this out earlier, but I attached the hours that I have so far for everyone but me. Please check these and let me know if there are any other planning hours you had. Also, see Vicki's email about the shifts you took on the day of Masquerade Ball. Email this to me and Vicki (separately) by Tuesday, November 23rd, 2010 @ 11:59 PM. After that, I will finish the CERF for the event and submit the final hours to Johnny Hong and the other schools. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks again!
P.S. Look out for a thank you email sometime in the near future. Sorry, I haven't had time to think about everything I want to say to everyone <3

Thank you for taking time and helping out at Masquerade Ball. You all did an amazing job!!
Did you know that volunteering for Masquerade Ball counts as service hours?! Well it does and I want to make sure all of you get the proper hours you deserve!
If you took a shift and went over time (like all the setup people) or randomly started helping out when it wasn't your shift, please please reply to this email. Also if you noticed someone helping out that wasn't part of the shift, please email me their names. Thanks.
So email back with:
- Name
- Extra hours put in (estimate to closest 15 min)
- Name of those who worked with you
- Other comments regarding volunteers and shifts or anything you want to tell me
