Hey Committee!
We sold 274 tickets as of last night at the box office so far! Approximately 130 tickets left to sell :] How exciting!
So I attached a list of people who are interested in helping to volunteer on the day of Masquerade Ball. We will probably leave school by 9pm to get there by 9:30pm, since setup will start at 10pm. Your specific assignment will be determined later today or by the volunteer meeting tomorrow. Please check the attached spreadsheet. If you would like to volunteer either before, during, or after the event, please respond to this email (only to me) with your name and phone number, and indicate when you would like to volunteer. I will contact you personally about volunteering. The attached list will be given to the Coast Guard, because they will be checking IDs of the volunteers who are boarding the yacht early.
Also remember to attend the Mandatory Volunteer Meeting tomorrow from 1pm to 3pm in the Green Table Room in Sun God Lounge. Please let me know if you cannot make it.

I'm volunteering just FYI I just didn't sign the sheet since it never
got to me. Also just wondering but it seems like you're doing an awful
lot and I'm wondering how much of decorating you've delegated to me
and Tracy because we havent done much because apparently you took care
of everything? Update please so when we figure out how many volunteers
we need for set up on mball day!

Nah, I've just been doing housing and drivers. I've just been doing decorations, because I ordered them, so they've been delivered to my place and such. Vicki is helping me with the volunteers, so I will send out a finalized list very soon. There's not much to be done with decorations, because they're REALLY easy to be put together. However, I do need an extra can of black spray paint...and I believe the backdrop for photography is being worked on.
Oh! When people were "assigned," that was just to help me brainstorm while I was gone overseas. The main volunteer stuff I need is on the day-of. There isn't too much preparation work to be done, since we don't have favors and fancy decorations xP Actually Steph, I'll email you about helping me with something decorations-y.

I'm going to finalize the volunteer list tomorrow at the meeting. So everyone will get their assignments then!
