Hey Volunteers!

This message is intended for those who would like to help house guests for this year's Masquerade Ball. So far, we have 183 guests that are requesting housing. Of course, we will most likely not be able to house that many, and I will try to arrange with some of the closer schools (i.e. UCR, OCC) to stay at a hotel...motel...Holiday Inn...or something. There are maybe 70 guests from schools that are further away (like De Anza, Arizona, Berkeley, UNLV), and it would be nice to house these guests that travel all this way to support our event. A few of you have expressed interest to me about housing guests, so please respond to me (only me) via email (sch...@gmail.com) with the following information:
  • Where do you live? (Address if off-campus or college name and apartment/dormitory number if on-campus.)
  • How many people do you live with? (Make sure to check with these people before consenting to having guests stay over?
  • How many guests can you house? (Please provide an exact number instead of a range.)
  • Are there any policies or restrictions on the guests that stay with you? (i.e. girls only) - There will be a list of rules and regulations for guests that are staying over, like bringing their own toiletries, staying quiet, obeying host rules, etc.
  • Anything else I should know about your living quarters.
  • Any other questions, comments, or concerns that you may have.
Thank you so much! <3

Oh yeah, and I will put you in contact with those who will stay at your place. Also, please include your phone number (unless you know I already have it) so the guests can contact you to avoid any conflict.
