Dear Friends,
Attached summary of our NCR visit from 9th to 12th November 2009.
As in this Trip we were having very few appointments, we went door to door and try to contact HR of respective companies very few entertained us but rest has shown interest and said for meeting we need to take appointment first and for that they provided contacts / visiting cards.
These Contact we will be used now in our next Proposed Trip of NCR from 14th to 18th December 2009.
we are planning to visit the following regions during our semester break:
Chandigarh, Mohali and Baddi -14th to 18th December 2009.
NCR- 14th to 18th December 2009.
Ludhiana-14th to 18th December 2009.
Rudrapur and Haridwar-21st to 25th December 2009.
Placement Committee would appreciate if any of you can provide the contacts or arrange appointments in the companies of above mentioned regions.
As very less time is left, so we all need to put more efforts and support to make these trips successful.
As you all know about the attendance pressure so there will hardly any trip possible in next semester so we are planning to utilise our holidays by staying for longer period in particular regions but for that we are lacking from finance side.So again we are looking forward for a 100 Rs Contribution.
This contribution will not be taken from MBA-Energy as they already have collected 300 Rs regarding this.
This will be the last Contribution from student side and this money will be utilized for the excess expenses for the above trip and for future activities and at the end if we left with money we will return back to you.
As these trips are our last hope for the placements so we have set a target to approach at least 500 companies in these trips.
Attached sheet Contains our expenditure deatils of the last collection.
