Employee will be covered for Medical Insurance facility for self, spouse & first two dependent children for a principal amount of Rs.200,000/-. |

Employee will also be covered against personal accident for a principal amount limited to five times the TFP |

Employee will have Life Insurance coverage over and above TCC at limits as specified by the Company the cost of which is borne by the Company. |

* As per Company policy, Lunch Allowance and Gift Coupons is optional and in case not opted for, would be added to Special Allowance. Lunch allowance would be paid in form of Meal Coupons on quartlerly basis at end of each quarter & Gift allowance would be paid annually in the form of Gift Coupons. |
