أرجو إبلاغ الجميع مع الشكر

 

أرجو من جميع ممن لديهم الرغبة لمناقشة رسائل البحث خلال هذا الفصل أن يقوم  بطباعة النسخة النهائية وتوصيلها للمكتب للمشرف مع الشكر قبل موعد المناقشة بمدة تكفي لقراءة الرسالة وإعطاء الملاحظات للتعديل إذا تطلب الأمر... هذا إضافة إلى البدء بإعداد ملف العرض ...حيث أنه يفضل بالإطلاع على مثال أو نموذج لأحد الملفات التي تم عرضها على اللجنة ليكون مثالا للجميع لتجهيز ملف العرض إضافة للملف الأصل الذي تم إرساله سابقا كأساس

 

طبعا ينصح بمناقشة ملف العرض مع كل طالب على إنفراد قبل المناقشة مع المشرف في المكتب للقيام بالتعديل المباشر وتوضيح عملية العرض لضمان السلامة للجميع ان شاء الله .. وكل شيء هنا يجب أن يتم ضمن إطار زمني منظم لضيق الوقت

 

طبعا إضافة لتحديد الموعد المناسب للطالب وإبلاغي بذلك لتسجيل الإسم ضمن القائمة
