Hiring For - Business Development Manager/ Portfolio Manager

Location: Agra, Delhi

Function: Sales and Business

Starting Base Salary - 20K - Upto 50K (Monthly)

Responsibilities:

1- Working closely with a set of sellers for alignment of business needs.

2- Working on their business growth, P&L, Operations, etc. with a strong      execution plan of action.

3- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

4- Responsible for seller education and making seller data and tech-centric.

5- Responsible for the product go to market execution.

6- Responsible for making the data available for sellers.

7- Shaping the sellers as per the market demands and building a successful distribution for him via Bijnis platform.

Requirements:

1- Should be strong enough to handle on ground Hustle, highly proactive

2- Highly Analytical Mindset with great knowledge of analytical tools

3- Strong acumen for business Prior involvement in any business would be a plus

4- Must be familiar with technology

5- Should be pro at giving presentations

6- Communication and negotiation skills

7- Ability to build rapport Database & MIS Management in business administration or a related field, MBA would be a plus

Soft Skills Required:

Must be presentable enough.

Great Communication skills.

Interpersonal skills.

Thinking on the feet.

Time management and planning skills.
