Uganda has the sweetest pineapples in the world. That is a fact. Kayunga is a place in Uganda where a lot of pineapples are grown. I know of Saudi Arabian buyers who visited Kayunga to buy pineapples. The Saudi Arabians asked the farmers if they had cold storage facilities in the vicinity and the farmers said they did not have. Therefore, The Saudi Arabians could not do business with the Kayunga farmers. The Kayunga farmers lost a great opportunity.
