Report to the Area Sales Manager.
Required to achieve Login and Disbursement targets.
Lead generation and fulfillment from the Bank's branch network & Open Market.
Manage a team of off roll executives and drive their productivity levels.
Ensure target branches achieve their targets with requisite conversions. Ensure healthy Lead Generation to Lead conversion ratios.
Achieve targets of cross-sell products.
Requirements:
Full Time MBA from a reputed B-School.
Should have experience in Sales/Marketing.
Strong drive to achieve set targets.
Good Communication, presentation and analytical skills.
Sound understanding of financial statements.
Experience of managing a team would be preferred.
