We have an opening for the position of Client Acquisition Executive (Non-Travelling Job)

Job Description
1. Responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads (national and International cities) to support the Accounts Managers.
2. Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce the unique solution and identify appropriate clients within the target industry.
3. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects on national and international cities.
4. Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how the unique solution will adhere to those needs.
5. Identify key niche clientele within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.
6. Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
7. Work with the Sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
8. Self confidence, convincing skills, leadership and discipline qualities.
9. Supervise and coach the acquisition executives for doing acquisition management.
10. Integral the bringing in new account for company as well as maintaining positive relation with existing clients.
11. Manage data for new and prospective clients in MIS, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
12. Must Work with a drive to reach decision makers.
13. Telemarketing, Cold Calling, Lead Generation, Internet Marketing, Appointment Setting.
14. Must work closely with clients to develop a constant stream of new opportunities that will increase the productivity of the sales team and improve revenue potential.
15. To ensure the work given by the manager.

We have an opening for the position of Business Development Executive (Travelling Job)

1.Meeting up the sales revenue target by existing deals and adding up new deals in a month.
2.Minimum 50 new client's meetings/con calls (min. 30 meetings) per month exclusive of follow ups and existing client's meetings.
3.Minimum twice a week con calls with the clients to make them engage with the delivery and ensure satisfied results.
4.Meeting new and existing clients on a monthly basis as per the allocated territory.
5.Growing up the sales revenue target on monthly and quarterly basis.
6.Coordinating with the Project manager and the Sr. Operations manager for the delivery of new and existing projects.
7.Following up for Payments with the clients.
8.By maintaining the relationships with the existing and the prospect clients, use to take references for making further business revenue and accounts.
9.Preparing the GAP analysis reports and Strategy reports with plan of action to acquire more clients.
10.Self confidence, convincing skills, leadership and discipline qualities.
11.Retaining the number of clients on month-on-month basis by using the account management skills.
12.Must ensure customer satisfaction via delivery of the project by using account management skills.
13.Generating the leads as per the industries, achieving the ROI on that particular lead.
14.To ensure the work given by the manager.
