8.       CTC (Salary) range or Stipend offered: 2.6 Lacs p.a. (1.92 Lacs p.a. fixed+ 68-69 thousand variable) (Variable is performance linked and payable on achievement of targets)

9.       Selection procedure:
First round of interview: PI with me. shortlisted candidates will be asked to prepare a presentation (8-10 minutes) on a given topic and come on the next assigned date.
Second round of interview: Presentation to management, Aptitude test
Final round: One full day assessment, PI with the CEO followed by PI with the MD

10.   Are you ready to consider outstation candidates: yes, if they can stay in Gurgaon for the entire interview process (almost  a week) and can join at short notice
