For that we want to recruit few people on sales and marketing side.

We need persons for the post of Sr.executive-Sales.The Job Profile is mentioned below:

Job Profile:

1.Recruit Advisors under him.Expand the Network.
2.Expand the volume of business, Move on the field for the same.
3.Follow Sales Process to recruit advisors and report to Asst.Manager.
4.Report the sales process in Sales process system
5.Co- ordinate if needed the Business Opportunities Programme and arrange everything within the budget allotted to you.
6.Arrange client meet and do the requisite booking for the event etc....

Skills Required:

1. Basic Knowledge of Mutual Fund or other financial product
2. Good convincing Power,& Good Communications skills both verbal and written
3. A go getter attitude, strong team culture.
4. Ready for Hard core sales
5. Entrepreneurial drive, passion and enthusiasm

Experience:
MBA Fresher or 6 months to 1 year experience

Academic Background:
MBA / BBA / MMS/ PG Diploma in Marketing and Finance,Graduate with minimum 2 years experience in Financial field

Package Range:
Rs.12000-15000 P.M.(Negotiable as per your skills,caliber & Performance in Interview)+2000 Mobile Expense(P.M)
+Rs.2 per Km Conveyance Expense(P.M)+Yearly Incentives.
