Firstly, we would like to thank the whole batch for their cooperation and best performance which made HCL Technologies to praise us .They were happy with the batch's knowledge quotient and if things fall in right place they may even turn up for summers this time.

 

We would like to give our best wishes to the finalist of the HCL Technologies, and candidates who are appearing for Axis bank cum HCL Infosystems. Please note that Axis criteria has been revised to 55% in graduation from 58% and those who fall in this group can attend the placement activity on Saturday.

  

Now coming to the subject i.e Bajaj Allianz campus recruitment, herewith i have attached the communication mail sent to us and a zip file which contains the corporate presentation, an application form of 3-4 pages which has to be filled and a candidate list. Management Trainee Program for the year 2009 - 2010. For more

About the Management Trainee Program:

A) Candidate Profile:

q       Age below 26.
q       Not more than 3 yrs of work experience
q       Good academic record (at least 60% aggregate)
q       Willingness to be placed at any of our offices across the country.
q       Streams we are looking at
1.       Marketing
2.       HR
3.       Operations
4.       Finance

  B) Selection procedure:

q              The Pre placement presentation will be conducted on
dates which will be confirmed later at your college venue.
q              Initial short listing of candidates will happen on the
same day as the pre-placement presentation.
q              First round of GD and interviews will be conducted
immediately after the short listing process.
q              Second and final round of interviews will be conducted
immediately after the GD.
q              The final offer will be made by the end of the same day
after all the interviews have been completed. Candidates will need to
accept the offer at the same time and return a signed copy of the
appointment letter immediately.
q              Please note that final offers will not be made for
positions in HR, Finance, Operations.
q              Final shortlisted candidates from these departments
will have to travel (dates will be declared later) to our Head Office
in Pune for the final round, selection and offer. The final offer will
be made by the end of the same day after the final round has been
completed. Candidates will need to accept the offer at the same time
and return a signed copy of the appointment letter immediately.


C) Our Management Trainee Program:


The training program aims at giving an all round exposure to all the
Important aspects of General Insurance.

   The major elements of the training program include:

q       1 month of training at Head Office Pune
q       5 months of training in various departments in any of our offices
q       6 months of handling an independent project

          On successful completion of the MT for 1 year, they shall
be absorbed in the Assistant Manager cadre and placed in any of our
offices across the country

The compensation being offered is Rs. 5.25 lakhs per annum + other benefits.
