Silvassa trip scenes

Heya guys, with 33 hours left for our trip, here are a few announcements...

* The reporting on Friday (19th feb) will be at 7.00 AM SHARP at NMIMS building (Pls make sure you are on time, else the latter part of the trip will get affected)

* Pls make sure you have your breakfast and come in the morning or carry food for the journey since we wont be halting for a break during the commute (the commute will be of around 3 hours)

* Along with the package, we also will get to use a mini water park. So pls carry appropriate cloths (and spares for the hotel's pool as well). Synthetic shorts, costumes etc will be allowed only, so pls take a note of that.

* Pls do not carry any alcohol with you since we might have checking at the border of maha - guj. [ heavy fine for the same]

* Money for the alcohol has to be payed seperately and is not included in the amount payed.

* The following day i.e. saturday (20th feb), we will be returning by afternoon.

* The car owners have to meet me during lunch time tomm without fail.

* Car owners pls make sure that you carry all important and valid documents for your vehicle for the trip.

* Pls carry football, cards etc along with you, who so ever can get it, whatever they can get.

* Some1 pls carry a camera along as well, to capture the memories of this  trip.

* Car and villa allocation document will be forwarded to you guys by tomm evening.

* Trip plan is as follows-

7 am --> Meeting

10.30 am --> arrival at the venue

11-1 --> water park

1 --> Lunch

2 -> chilling scenes

Next day, post breakfast, departure for mumbai.

(all meals i.e on the day of arrival, lunch, tea and dinner; next day breakfast are included)

Till then, Stay calm coz 1 day left for Silvassa trip.....
