Location : Louisville, KY (Day 1 Onsite)
Duration : 12+ Months Contract
Position Description:
· 8+ years of experience in Genesys Cloud
· Create High Level Designs, work flow creation; API Integration, IVR Call information Pop-up on Agent Screen, Integration with Salesforce
· Build and implement the new cloud based solution ;
· Design the new solution.
· Good team player/Leader
· Should work with client on requirements and pass on to offshore.(onshore-offshore model)
· Should have good written/oral communication skills.
