An internet Start-up company in the initial phase of Launch of its website and services is looking for a dynamic person for Management and Organization Development of the company with the below characteristics:
1- Minimum 3 years management/Leadership experience with proven success track
2- MBA education/Start-up Company work experience/Internet Business experience is a plus, however not mandatory
3- Capability to form, manage and lead working teams
4- Teamwork spirit and skills
5- Good understanding of Organizational Development, Growth, Restructuring, etc.
6- High personal motivation and a sense of urgency
7- Ability of problem solving
8- Good negotiation skills
9- Multi-tasking is a must
10- Go, Get it Done Mindset
11- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Programs - Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
12- Fluent in English
The selected candidate will be entitled to a Competitive Salary Package(Base + Bonus) and there could be possibility of Stock Options in future.
