Hi Everyone,

 

I heard that so many of our batch mates didn't got any invitation from the college for the graduation ceremony. Please read the below mail from college academics and carefully follow the below instructions to register yourself for the graduation ceremony before 2nd November. For those who got this mail already please ignore it.

Dear Student,

We wish to take this opportunity in congratulating you on successful completion of your MBA from Edith Cowan University.

 The Graduation Ceremony shall be held on

Time:                    10: AM – 1: PM

Date:                    13^th November 2010

Venue:                 BMA Auditorium

 We request your presence on this day.

 In order to confirm your presence at the Graduating Ceremony, we require you to carefully read the instructions given below and respond immediately –

Registration

1.       Confirm your participation for the Graduation Ceremony by mailing us at Shil...@bma.ac.in latest by the 2nd of November 2010.

2.       Confirmation is important and students will not be permitted to attend the event unless registered. Requests after the last date will not be entertained.

3.       If you have already collected your Degree Certificate, intimate us and do please carry the same with you to the event.

 Guests accompanying students

1.       Each student can be accompanied by a maximum of two guests.

2.       Confirmations of the guests will also have to reach BMA before 2nd November 2010.

1.       Fill-in the accompanying form and send it to us by return mail before the 2nd of November to obtain the Guest passes.

 Confirmations and accommodation:

1.       Outstation students shall be provided accommodation at the BMA hostel for 12^th and 13^th night of November 2010.

2.       The accommodation shall be provided as per availability and on first come first serve basis.

3.       The premises will have to be vacated on or before 14^th of November.

4.       Accompanying guests will not be accommodated by BMA.

 Dress Code:

1.       The Dress Code is formals.

a.       Men will be in dark suits, a plain light shirt and a dark Tie.

b.      The ladies will be in formal dark suits and plain light shirt.

Graduation Dress:

1.       The students are to wear the Regalia / gown and these will be charged @ Rs. 200.

2.       The photography session will be between 08:00 AM and 10:00 A.M. Each photo will be charged Rs. 200.

 Schedule of events:

Students will be briefed on the sequence of the events followed by an Individual photo-shoot. The Graduation Ceremony will be followed by a group-photo and culminate with lunch. You will have to reach the venue at 8.00 AM.

 Note: After the Graduation Ceremony students should return the gown (Gown, Regalia, and Cap).
