I hope you find this mail in good health & high spirits. 

I hereby on the behalf of my team, SuperHeroes, invite you all to Annual General Meeting & Discharge 2014 to witness the plans of 2014 and ratification of new executive board as well as for discharge of Executive Board 2013. 

It is a very important forum for the local chapter, and regardless of whether you are in the local chapter now or not, your presence at the forum would be invaluable for the local chapter. Reporting time is 8AM, we start with ratification of new executive board followed by discharge of SuperHeroes. The day would end with discharge speeches & celebration of 2013. 

Date: February 15, 2014

Venue: Windsmoore Resort, Parwanoo

Delegation Fees: Rs. 1000 (Overnight Event)

Also, for all the permanent members who enjoyed right to vote during Annual Elections Meeting 2013, it is a compulsory event to attend. As a permanent member of the local chapter you also have responsibility of ratification & discharge of executive boards.If for some reasons you won't be attending the forum, please give your proxy by 9PM 14th February to Pranav Lakherwal at pranav.l...@aiesec.net [cc to animesh....@aiesec.net]. 

Note: There may be few changes in the list of permanent membership depending on various factors. Same shall be informed via email 24 hours in advance. 

Lastly, it is a celebration for what the year has been and we would want all of you to join us for the same. It would be incomplete without you, so please make sure you take out time for the loved ones, for the local chapter.
