[MB][IMP][URGENT] Management Body Meeting Preparation (DO NOT SKIP THIS MAIL)

Hello Everyone!

I hope everyone of you are in the best of your health and spirit.

As you guys might already know, we have an MBM scheduled for tomorrow, i.e. November 14 Thursday from 12 noon. Its happening at Falak's home (#30, Sector 18). I hope you have all given confirmations to your VPs/proxy VPs already.

I am writing this email to you regarding tomorrow's MBM, as the major part of the agenda would be MB review in which every department would come together and present their updates of their whole MB term starting from August. The updates would be collectively given by the TLs of the department. I have attached the template for the presentation in which the update needs to be made (there are separate templates for exchange department and exchange support department).

Things which you need to keep in mind while making the presentation:

1. Please ensure your data and the activities are from August 1 2013 till date.

2. Be focused more on the kind of initiatives and the projects you took as an MB member.

3. You with your co-TLs need to sit down together tonight and make sure you complete the presentation together as a leadership body of the department.

4. Please email the presentation to animesh....@aiesec.net & subigya...@aiesec.net by November 14 (tomorrow) 9 am.
