CII has always been at the forefront of propagating and promoting innovative thoughts to its members through various means.
In continuation of the same, CII proudly presents Mr Subroto Bagchi, Chairman, MindTree Limited and Author of bestsellers like ‘The high Performance Entrepreneur’, ‘Go Kiss the World’, ‘The Professional MBA at 16’ and ‘The Professional Companion’ who has launched his experience and thoughts on “Scaling” in his latest bestseller ‘The Elephant Catchers’ sharing key lessons for Breakthrough Growth. This theme is congruent and consistent with CII’s theme this year on reviving economic growth. CII’s MSME Council, Young Indians (Yi) and our most recent initiative Golden Top 100 Companies (GTC100) jointly with Hachette (publisher of ‘The Elephant Catcher’) have joined together to a series of learning session in tier II cities with Mr Bagchi to share his insights and thoughts on the need to scale.
As one of the finest examples of first generation entrepreneurship in starting and scaling many organisations, Mr Bagchi brings forward during these interactions with CII members, entrepreneurs, professionals and Yi members, what he calls ‘intellectual legacy’; apart from his thoughts on reputation, infrastructure and more importantly on the leader of the organisation reaching his own ‘self’. This session will also gave an opportunity for members to interact with him and benefit from his experiences of being at the helm of one of the largest IT companies in India and his passion to work with people to realise their immense potential and that of the country at large.
