Here we move again towards the most anticipated event of the Winter season, coming to you, straight from the Marketing department, please give it for... ... ... ...   The Big Jive! The Official Launch of PECFEST 2013 brought to you by PEC & AIESEC, to celebrate the launch of PEC Fest 2013 in presence of the authorities, organizing committees and all our stakeholders. And what IS The Big Jive? So the idea is simple. We launch PECFEST 2013 in the most fun and beautiful way possible, we start with a 15 minute jive followed by creating a ..wait for it... wait for it... A Castle of Lanterns! Please scroll down to see a real life example :) If you have any doubts about how beautiful it is going to be, please feel free to go through this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t-PK6hFPHXc General Guidelines We need a Camera Crew of 3 people for the same. All equipment will be provided, you can volunteer for the same by responding here itself :) Also, ideas for jive songs will also be appreciated since the coordinator for this event (Read: Abhinav) is a little hopeless with the same. If you can get more friends, we will be providing more lanterns at the stall for you to show how we do beautiful things every single day in AIESEC, flying sky lanterns have also been sort of an exclusive USP of ours :) You can innovate around the lanterns you buy too, that will add to the video :) Stickers of your various country partners where you can send your friends on an internship on, taking pictures of them and uploading on facebook, anything you can imagine, even though oGCDP is Abhinav's favourite portfolio, but everyone needs to innovate! Coming to the financial mumbo jumbo, all of us need to bring Rs.200 at the GBM and pay to Mr Hooda who has very kindly agreed to arrange the lanterns for us from www.skylanterns.in! Please note that we will not be able to purchase them if we don't make payment by day after, which means no lanterns on the last minute. Your team-leaders will collect the money from you before the starting of the GBM, let's make sure we all pay without default! That's almost it!
