Compre la licencia de Artisteer con Themler y venia con Themler y nunca lo he podido usar, necesito saber como activar themler, ahora lo estoy usando y no guarda el archivo zip con el tema que hago. y a la vez cuando guardo me lo guarda como page not found. mande una infinidad de correos solicitando soporte y nunca me lo dieron, espero ya por favor una ayuda final. y que esto me funcione, uso MAC y me complica usar artisteer, por eso la opcion de themler, y ya la necesito urgente por favor

that is really exhausting. i finally bought the program and with every change the hardwar or if the computer spins the same. In addition, I have mitlerweile no longer access to the mail address I have deposited
The fact is that if a system is changed, the activation should be replaced. We will add a new one for you. Could you please let us know the email address you would like to change to? Let us know if we should move the topic to private. Also let us know if we should change the email for Artisteer or also for Themler.
I just installed gravity forms and I'm working on my first form. I entered a few fields just fine. Then I entered a multiple choice field. Decided that I didn't want it and clicked to delete it. Got a popup confirmation to delete the field. Clicked OK.
The field did not delete. Tried it a few more times with the same result.
I tried clicking on edit forms and then went back into the form. There's a blank space where the field existed. When I roll over it I get the option to edit (which does nothing when clicked on) or delete which gives me the same confirmation but does not delete.
You will need to deactivate ALL other plugins and activate the default WordPress theme. It could be a plugin or even a theme causing a conflict which is why I said activate the default WordPress theme.
There isn't currently a list of plugins that conflict. A lot of times users don't report back what plugin caused the conflict, and plugins are changed and updated so often that when a plugin is reported it is corrected and then works fine.
If it's not a javascript issue that is causing the problem then it could be a special character issue with the values in the multiple choice field. What were the values for your multiple choice field?
thanks for the quick reply. i disabled all the plugins first. went back to the form and it was still exhibiting the same behaviour.

i then tried switching the theme to the default and went back to the form. the blank area disappeared. i have tried to recreate the issue and can't...
I'm a little confused. So when you switched to the Default theme the field was deleted or you were able to delete it? I think something (specifically javascript) in the Artisteer theme is interfering with the Gravity Forms javascript.
My hunch is something in the Artisteer theme is causing javascript issues. The Artisteer theme shouldn't be outputting ANY javascript in the admin. This is a common mistake made by developers (theme and plugin).
i then re-enabled the artisteer theme and everything was still ok. i have since created half a dozen forms and all are just fine. no problems saving editing or deleting fields. i haven't been able to re-create what happened.
I'm having the same problem (FRUSTRATING!). I can't delete the fields I accidentally put in. I've had my site for 1 1/2 and I'm not changing my theme to the WP default theme. I'm currently using Contact Form 7. I decided to go with Gravity Forms thinking it's an upgrade to CF7.
