I have noticed that I get next warning No Default option file found! when opening a Wincc Flexible Project also I am not able to see properties of objects and menu of wincc flexible has changed and this all after installing PDM.
Reset Wincc Flexible helped to re-order my layout of toolbars and other options in wincc flexible but I still keep having this error so I eventually re-installed it as mentioned here above and everything was back fine again.
I have a Simotion D435-2 which is communicated by industrial ethernet with a PC677. It is running well since 3-4 years. Until i made some modifications in the Simotion and after "compile modifications" and reloading, the hmi no more display the values of the simotion (#####) i just could see on the alarm view fault 140020 which says data of the cpu and data of the hmi are not in the same versions. I think there is something the hmi consistency check. i read in the documentation that a data for the consistency is generated by scout which is used at the starting of wincc flexible. I think this data is not consistent and so the communication don't start. that's my idea. I try different tests save and compile modifications/save and compile all then reload simotion. with wincc flexible open during compilation, then i try with wincc flexible close, open after simotion reloading..nothing works.. I just have a (before modifications) version of the project. If i load both of cpu/hmi it works again.. If someone can give me an idea about making both simotion/hmi consistent and communicating
But it has already worked some months ago. I think i've done what has to be done. but if i add one variable in scout, and reload i loose the communication. It seems the results of the compilation are not taken in account by Wincc flexible. How the data are translate to Wincc flexible ? is it a file ? maybe it is locked..
also save as project with reorganization from simatic manager but nothing i have no update of my datas taken in account in wincc flexible. i also reinstall scout... the same, i wonder if my developpement environnement have something wrong.. I have no idea except reinstall step7/scout/Wincc flex
A the end, i solved my problem, i found i had a problem with my developpement environnement because i had both Wincc flexible and Winnc Scada installed. It was working ok until i remove Wincc Scada to make some room on my computer. After this i could no more have a communication between simotion and Wincc flexible when compiling/loading my projects. Finally, i reinstalled the Step7/Scout/Wincc Flexible in a clean machine and then all is working ok. At the end i don't know exactly what was going wrong but there was something like a file missing..
