Subsequent to our earlier discussion in mid of July, Kindly note that we have already taken over the House keeping activity (Cleaning + Garbage collection) as well as Security Staffs deployment for Mayflower from 1st of August ' 2008.
Kindly note that Security deployment at Main Entrance, which seems to be common for Buttercup & Mayflower, are to be continued by M/s Hiranandani only (being a case of common Use).
Rest other maintenance & arrangement activities of Mayflower are to be continued by M/s Hiranandani till our further Discussion and Decision.

Reference our discussion to You as well as to Mr. Mate on some days
back over the issue of deployment of M/s Hirananadani Security
Personnel at Main Entrance Gate.
It is observed that since then there is no security personnel during
Night Shift (Only in Day shift, one Guard is placed). This is
disturbing our security arrangement as we are forced to put one of our
person at the gate.
You both have conceptually agreed over the deployment of M/s
Hiranandani Security personnel at the Gate without any Issue. Why
there is delay in meeting the committment???
Kindly discuss with your concerned authority and request to put this
in Place with immediate effect. A confirmation mail/ Call would be
desired.
Another Item like Pest Control and Water Tank cleaning is also
pending. A quick schedule from you would bridge our communication gap.
Pls. discuss if any further issue.

With reference to your mail attached below for a firm date for taking over the society completely, we have discussed the same in MgC. Please note our comments as below.
1. Kindly refer our letter Ref: LH-0608/01 dtd. 17th June 2008. Action from M/s Hiranandani against all the mentioned 18 Punch points are still awaited.
2. Please let us know when the conveyance deed for mayflower society will be done?
3. We have not yet received the TMC Approved Plan as well as Property demarcation Layout of Mayflower. Kindly provide the same.
4. For Main Entry access issue of Buttercup Building through Mayflower, Please refer our verbal discussion and agreement for having a high level meeting with the Director of M/s Hiranandani, Kindly arrange the same on Top priority and confirm us the date, preferably on coming Saturday afternoon.

Hi Meera,
First of all, A very happy and prosperous New Year to you and to all your Colleagues.
We discussed in length on Mayflower and Buttercup main entrance issue and our proposal.
Our proposal is that during "IN", Buttercup Vehicle should use the Gate, located on Orchid end and during "OUT" only, it should use Mayflower side Gate.
This will give a big relief to all Butter people, who has to take a Big round of Mayflower Tower before entering into Buttercup.
Movement of Cars in Mayflower area will be reduced by Half i.e. from ~ 800 [ {200(Mayflower)+200(Buttercup)} x 2 movement (In+Out) @ Car/day] to 400 as Buttercup vehicles will use only small portion of Mayflower area while going out and thus a Big relief to all Mayflower residents.
I agree that the above solution may cause a little inconvenience to the Orchid people in partial sharing the Main Gate but the advantage achieved is much more and moreover for 300+ residents compare to a little inconvenience to 50 residents.
If you see the Actual build Layout of the Gate betw'n Buttercup and Orchid, it is more in front of Buttercup building entrance and hence the above solution is strategically suite to buttercup as well as not much issue for Orchid people.
Although I tried to explain the scenario and solution, but would request for a short visit by a M/s hiranandani director along with you and other project official at the site for more clarity on the issue and solution.
I heartily request you to kindly take this up internally and arrange for a short on-site meeting with the relevant M/s hiranandani official and give us a chance to explain our most critical issue.
