This is to inform you that we will be withdrawing our remaining services from 1^st of March, 2009. The admin department will give you charge on the suitable day.

 

Regarding the “Entry” and “Exit” issue of your building and buttercup, I and my planning team had visited 10 days back. Will get back to you after the necessary approvals.

Please hand over all the remaining services of the Mayflower building to the committee on 1^st March, 2009. Please give them necessary information about the vendors and the service providers, along with all the AMCs.
