1. We discussed on this matter on 18th Feb.
2. Almost all the services are already taken over and being maintained by us except some technical support in maintaining the Electro-Mech. items.
3. Our below issues, which are repeatedly raised to you and your other concerned colleagues are still OPEN and need your kind support in getting them closed on fast track before a final hand-over.
3.1 Reference our letter Ref: LH-0608/01 dtd. 17th June 2008. Action against all the 18 nos. Punch points are still OPEN.
3.2 Society Conveyance Deed is pending?
3.3 We have not yet received the TMC Approved Plan as well as Property demarcation Layout of Mayflower. Kindly provide the same.
3.4 M/s Hiranandani Approval on the proposed Plan for main Entry & Exit of ButterCup Vehicles.
4. Final Cut-off date of hand-over should be fixed in accordance to closure date of above pending issues, which are critical for the smooth maintenance of Mayflower society by the committee.
5. We would insist for a formal hand-over and takeover exercise, which may be duly signed by your project in charge as well as our society representative.

2. We agree to you and absolutely don’t have any apprehension in your requirement of closing the Mayflower maintenance A/c in SAP.
3. We would like to request you to kindly review our 18 punch points (Reference our letter Ref: LH-0608/01 dtd. 17th June 2008). Some of these may require some additional inventory/ expenses and not just related to Man-hours. Request you and your project colleagues to ensure that there is no hurdle in its completion.
4. If required, a joint discussion/ review of above pt. 3 with your project team @ site can be planned to avoid any such remote issue before SAP closure.

As already mentioned by you, we always give the technical support to all our buildings, after the handover also. Please understand that, we have SAP system and no society can be maintained more than 24 months. Thus the society orders will get blocked automatically. Thus physical support in case of the manpower will be always there for any construction related issues.
As asked by you, the conveyance will happen when all the plots in that area (Medows) are developed.
TMC approved plans you will get in a period of 4 to 5 working days.
Regarding the Entry and Exit issues , I told you that we had a personal visit and expecting a answer in 8/10 days time from the planning department.
These all are the external points having no connection with the accounts and maint. Issues. These are the principal issues. Thus taking over is always means the accounts and financial take over. Our support is always there. And as you mentioned that mostly 80 % of the services are being taken over thus the remaining can be taken over from March-09.
