This is to confirm you all that meeting with Mr. Mate is fixed in the society office at sharp 9:00 AM. to 10:00 AM. on tomorrow.
Request all committee member to be available without fail as some major decision related to society maintenance/ accounts /resolution of 18 Issues points will be taken up.
Mr. Manoj/ Mr. Raghvendra,
Pls. inform Sh. RMP and Mrs. Mahalakshmi Padmanabhan.
Today I shall be coming to home very late.
If possible, let us build some strategy for tomorrow discussion, if possible by meeting all together on today late evening. It is also desired, if all the committee members are on the same frequency during meeting.

Subsequent to our society letter dtd. 17th June [Reference-Transfer of the Operation charge of the Society], to Ms. Mira Bharati/ Hiranandani Powai office, Mr. Mate from his Meadows project office is willing to meet us on this coming Saturday i.e. 5th July from 9 am. onwards. to discuss over 18 points that we had listed in the referred letter.
Pls. let us know, if the above schedule suites to all. On this Sunday, Mr. Mate is not available.
