I have already sent you the cheque of amount (INR 15,052) for maintenance fees till August 08 and property tax for 6 months, address to you by DHL courier today, airway bill no. 3021208816, you will receive it by tomorrow as I have mentioned as priority document in 24 hours.

Please advise once you receive it.
