After trying out several solutions we've settled on phpBB for the new forum.
It is configured to the best of our limited knowledge so if you find something wrong or misconfigured please let's us know to fix it.
At the moment there are two areas: one for news and one for general discussions. In the future we might create more areas to better group ongoing conversations.
This current mailing list/forum will be set to read only in the near future and left only as a reference.
