SkinCluster - allow Multiple bind pose off?

Anyone have any idea what the flag for "allow multiple bind poses" off , might be in the skinCluster command? 

 

I don't see anything in the docs for this. and you get amazingly little from echo all commands 

I've written a lot of skinCluster tools, but this is the first time I've had to deal with caring about bindPoses.. and I can't find the option anywhere
