Hello everybody.
I need to stop the animation of multiple object but leave the camera turn around. I have 9000 objects animated(wow). The animation done well but now at certain point i need to make the animation stop to make something like matrix turn around.(ok old style)
Now, i've selected my objects in the scene an set Mute all. The problem is that the animation won't stop, the animation go.
Is there something that I've missed?

Thank you

I believe you need to tell us a bit more about your scene.
Are your objects simple meshes or something else?
Are your objects set to cycle?
Are there keyframes on the frames you want them to be static on?

Hi Mikael.
My objects are simple mesh(simple but high dense e datailed mesh).
THe object are inside the groups for what i want to animate or outside the group
Yes there are key frames on the frame that I want to be static.
Also: no animation layer, they are all in.

Wouldn't it be easier to have your objects be static by keying them?
Muting a channel turns those attributes off completely. That setting is not something you can switch dynamically.

To help you properly you might need to describe your issue a bit more in detail.

I think that i can do that. Break the keyframe for the rest at some point, so solve with this.
Thank you.

I would add a time warp curve to the scene. That would make it very simple to slow or stop animation while the camera moves ahead.

I did it on previous shot. It's awesome. But right now i need something different. Break the keyframes to the frames that follow, is a solution(cheap solution) but do the job.
Thank you
