Hi, I wanted to ask you how can I goal a couple of nCloth objects from the simulation starting position to a final established position.

For example let's say we have ten planes and we made them nCloth. I would like to let the planes go down because
of the gravity but I want each plane to reach a certain position smoothly, somehow deviating the simulated position to the
fixed one I want. Is it possible? would the effect be progressive from the starting position to the final one? all this happening
while nCloth properties still work with dynamics but the transformations which would be some sort of blending between the
simulated position to the final one. Well, basically redirecting the simulation.

Am I missing something really basic here? Maybe setting up the rest shape in some specific way.. i don't know.

Thanks in advance.

A simple technique is to keyframe the cloth to move roughly along the path you would like then use input attract on the cloth to attract it to the keyframed position. You may also wish to key inputAttract and inputAttract damp to get the desired effect.

Thanks for the reply Duncan, it seems the way to go. I'll give it a try to see If I am able to do something useful. Thanks again.
