nParticle inherit velocity?

Does anyone know how to get nParticles to inherit the velocity of the
emitter? Am I going *completely* mental?!

Using Maya 2011.

Turning up the "Inherit Factor" on the nParticleShape works here on Maya 2011 SP1, on Windows 7.
I'm guessing that you've tried that, right? :-)

What the hell kind of collapsible menu name is "Emission Attributes
(see also emitter tabs)"?!

Seriously, I can't stand the way these attributes are laid out, I can
never find anything :S
