Unable to playblast to Quicktime

Suddenly this morning I am getting this error when trying to playblast to QT format:

// Error: line 0: Unable to create video track. Check format.

This was working fine just last week. I have Quicktime Pro and the installation is working as normal. Tried deleting prefs, still no go.

Anyone have any ideas?

I love these constant workflow disruptions with Maya.

Sometimes there's this rogue QuickTime process that you need to kill. Don't remember it's name at the moment but check your running processes.
