*(just in case you hadn't already seen this )  

Big things for rigging are the bunch of new Math Nodes. 
Multiple skinning
matrix updates

animation brush tools are interesting. 

retopo updates

AntCgi does a great job going over a bunch of the new additions



I haven't dived in , but there is a  preview of lookDev X 


and slightly interesting is the timeSlider "redux" update..    different colors and spacing etc.

And finally Apple Silicon support! Curious how well Maya will perform on the perhaps some day released MacPro!

I'm still using 2018.5! LOL
Best MAYA version I've used.
Trying to accomodate my entire workflow to newer versions is super hard.
