frequency of wind noise of Nucleus

Is there any way to control the frequency of the wind noise of the nucleus.

I would love to lower it down a bit.

It is currently just a purely random vector noise, not a coherent( i.e. smooth at small scales ) noise. Thus there is no frequency.

One can use a turbulence field(or the turbulence on a volume axis field, which is more incompressible), although it would not behave as nicely for nucleus wind features like tangential drag and such.
