Dear Friends-

We will be opened ALL weekend as scheduled and Kathleen will be teaching the Fri 5:30m Vinyasa.

Monday July 4th we will have one class at 9:30am: Mysore Ashtanga with Wade.  (Noon and 6pm canceled)
"Mysore style" is traditionally practiced silently, with individual instruction, and is named after Mysore, India, where Ashtanga yoga originated and was taught by Sri K Pattabhi Jois for many years.
Anyone who has taken the Introduction to Asthanga classes is welcome to come work at their own pace, while Wade walks around the room doing hands on adjustments and verbal cues as needed.
