Shannon Connell will be teaching the Friday 5:30-7pm vinyasa class this week on FIrst Friday Jan 7th, with a LIVE DJ!   $15 or class card

Come take a rockin' fun flow class with live music, focusing on detoxing poses to help you renew for the new year!

DJ Ari Fish is a multi media artist. A 2006 graduate of the Kansas City Art Institute, her interests are in clothing design, sustainable design, ceramic installation, large scale graphite drawing, music production, card game design, qi gong, performance art, and video. For the last 5 years she has been involved in music production and collaboration with local musicians and artists. Her contributions can be heard on albums of artists such as Carnal Torpor, Child Being, Family E-mail, and Thiefist. In 2010 she started DJing with a focus on live performance involving costume and prerecorded jam sessions with musicians and Ssion (pronounced SHUN) producers J. Ashley Miller and Albert Redwine.
