Dear valued SEDEX30 Participants,

 

These are a few things that we would like to remind you on: 

 

1. 1. Please do fill in your IPR form and get endorsement from your supervisor. We have attached here the IPR Form and the guidelines to fill it up as well. Slides during participant briefing is also attached.

2. 2. Provide abstract in both hardcopy and softcopy. Softcopy of abstract can be submitted during registration day or you can mail us at secretari...@gmail.com Sample of the template is as attached (PG,FYP - Individual; ETP,OIC - Group)

3. 3. Do come for participant registration day tomorrow, 7th Aug at 4-7pm in Seminar Room 5, Undercroft.

4. 4. Get you BOOTH NUMBER from us.

5. 5. Pay deposit for your booth : OIC,PG,FYP, PSC  - RM20 and ETP - RM30.

6.6. Hand in your hardcopy of ABSTRACT.

7 7. Submit to us your IPR Form as well. We will give it back to you on SEDEX day to be pasted at your booth.

   8. Verify your details with us.

8.  If representatives are sent during the participant registration, ensure that the representative has all the required details such as:

a) Full name of every team member

b) Matric ID of every team member

c) Gender of every team member

d) IC No. / Passport of every team member

e) Phone number of every team member

f) Department of every team member

g) Email address of every team member

h) Full name of supervisor with complete affiliations

i) Title of project
