Congratulation on the success of your ETP project!

Welcome to SEDEX 30. To complete your registration, you will need to follow up a two days briefing and registration.

Attached files below are  :

1. Poster Template for SEDEX 30

Every participants is required to use the following template. This is to ensure all the SEDEX 30 

participants has standardized poster templates on SEDEX 30 day. 

2. Sample of Abstract (Group)

Please do follow the format of this sample of abstract to explain about your project.

3. ETP Participants Database

Please go through the database carefully and ensure all the details are correct. If there are any changes, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can make the changes or correction.

Below are SEDEX30 Participant Briefing and Participant Registration dates. Do make yourself available on these two days. Attendance and data checking will be conducted on both these days, thus it is strictly compulsory to attend.

Participant Briefing:

Date: 5th August 2012

Time: 9.00pm

Venue: Pocket D1 and D2

Categories involved: ETP, FYP, PG, OIC, PSC

Agenda: Briefing about SEDEX30 materials by respective departments & Database checking

Participant Registration: 

Date: 7th August 2012

Time: 4.00pm to 7.00pm

Venue: Undercroft

Categories involved: ETP, FYP, PG, OIC, PSC

Agenda: Database checking, Submission of hardcopy and softcopy of abstract, Deposit payment

All rules and regulations are subject to change.

Projects used in OIC, FYP or PG category are not allowed to be used to participate in ETP category.

Any violation of rules and regulations will results in disqualification of the whole team.
