We have received Campus Placement Letter from KPIT to conduct the recruitment process for KPIT.
Ramkrishna IT Consulting is Training Partner to IT Companies and helps them in training and hiring initiatives.
Mr Vivek Kulkarni & Ms Shilpa Prabhu, Directors of RKIT along with their team would like to visit K J Campus.

On The Day of campus, RKIT Team will assess the potential of the interested students through Test and Interview.
This process is designed to identify students who have potential to be considered for 12 weeks of preparatory training covering industry relevant technologies by Industry experienced trainers.

Candidate should possess good communication skills (written & oral), as he/she will have to communicate with the overseas client in future.

Some skills that we can evaluate during the group discussions: Positive attitude, Communication skills, Leadership skills, Interpersonal skills, Persuasive skills, Listening & Conceptualizing ability, Attitude, Problem solving skills, Team Player, Reasoning Ability etc.

Candidate should be a fast learner, self-motivated. Hard working

Role: Programmer, Software Developer

Technology: Java

Selection Process: 
1. Aptitude test (45 mins).

2. GD/ Group Activity.

3. The candidates who get shortlisted in Aptitude and GD will appear for Technical test and Interview.
Pre Final Interview at KPIT Office before Training Starts.
4. Shortlisted candidates will undergo Technical and Communication Training for 12 weeks at Ramkrishna IT Consulting, Pune.

Training duration: 12 weeks.

Students will undergo Pre Final Interview before Training at KPIT Hinjewadi Office

Final interviews will be taken by KPIT and RKIT Panel. 
KPIT Panel Members will be involved in the selection of the Candidates for training as per their availability.

If candidates do not crack the KPIT final process He/ She will get 5 more Good Companies interview opportunities by RKIT.

Training Fees: The training conducted will be at the cost of students. Rs. 69,000/-  (Rs. 60,000/- plus Service Tax 15%)  or GST as and when applicable.

50 % i.e Rs 30,000/- will be Reimbursed to students by KPIT only those who get selected in KPIT.

Training Location: Ramkrishna IT Consulting, MTES, Dhondumama Sathe medical college, Erandwane, Pune.

No salary/stipend during training.
