We would like to conduct a BE/BTech Fresher’s recruitment event at Flex office in Pune. I have listed below the key points which will drive this event.

 1.       Event Date : 8^th Dec 2017 (Friday)

2.       This will be a one day event (8AM till 5PM maximum)

3.       Total Footfall that we expect would be (Minimum 50 to Maximum 100).

4.       We would like to achieve this target through registration process and need your support as always.

5.       And to stick to our corporate compliance guideline, we would want the registration link/form to be sent to the candidates to their personal email id’s and not through any social media or any common forum as we discussed.

6.       Need not mention the exact Interview date , time , venue in the registration link/form.

7.       Flex – Interview call letter will be sent to the “Registered Candidates” only through email. This Interview invite will carry the exact Interview date, time, venue.

8.       Candidates without Flex - Interview call letter will be restricted to take part in the Interview process.

9.       Four rounds of selection process (Aptitude, Technical Round 1, Technical Round 2, HR Discussion)

Ø  Eligible Specializations in (BE or BTech) are: ENTC / Electronics / Mechanical / EEE / Electrical / Production / Industrial.

Ø  Only 2016 / 2017 Pass outs from (BE or BTech)

Ø  Minimum 58% aggregate.

Ø  Candidates who does not have any backlogs can only apply.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for providing expertise and support to the Customer Focus Team (CFT), ensuring the ability of the materials planning for a specific project or projects as required providing materials support to the weekly production planned orders and enables to achieve Kit on time drop to meet Customer Schedule.
2. Key assignments includes providing timely Materials status through use of available Shortage reports, Submission of Excess and Obsolete Inventory to the Customer, Work Order Management, inventory management, MRB and DR Management to achieve the operating goals.
3. Senior Materials Planners for New Emerging NPI Accounts to provide faster service to the NPI Customer to effectively communicate with the customer protecting Business interest of Flex
