Apakah servis yg ditawarkan?

- What do we offer?

✏ Kami menyediakan servis printing dan hardbound. Anda hanya perlu email dokumen (format pdf) dan buat tuntutan sahaja.Yang lain anda serahkan kepada kami!
- We provide printing and hardbound service. All you have to do is to email us your document (in pdf format) and collect the item once it's ready. Just relax and have peace in your mind. We do everything for you!

Bagaimana prosedur tempahan?
- How is the procedure to use our service?

✏ Email kpd kami dokumen SIT+SIP report yang telah digabungkan dalam 1 pdf file berserta format digariskan oleh CSIMAL (margin, font). Isikan subjek email "Internship Hardboud<space>nama <space>kursus".
- Just email us your SIT+SIP report that has been combined in pdf file with accredited format by CSIMAL (margin, font). Subject for email as follow: "Internship Hardbound<space>name<space>ccourse".

Berapa harga untuk satu dokumen hardbound?
- How much is the price for a document?

✏ RM 0.15/muka dan RM21 utk hardbound. Contoh, bagi dokumen 100 muka, RM15 (printing)+RM21 (hardbound) = RM36 sahaja.
- RM 0.15/page and RM 21 for hardbound. For example, for a 100 pages document, RM 15 for printing+RM 21 for hardbound. The total is only RM 36.

Boleh hantar hardcopy dan hantar utk hardbound sahaja?
- Can we print by ourselves and just submit for hardbound service?

✏ Sudah pasti. Serahan dokumen hardcopy boleh dilakukan kepada krew kami di KLCC. Anda juga boleh mengepos dokumen (alamat akan diberi sekiranya ada permintaan sahaja). Semua kos/kerosakan yang berlaku ketika pengeposan di bawah tanggungjawab anda sendiri.
- Sure. You can pass the document by hand to our crew in KLCC. Other than that, the document also can be posted (address will be given if there's a request). Postage cost or any damage during document posting are not liable for our responsibility.

Bila boleh ambil dan buat pembayaran?
- Document collection date and payment?

✏ Self collect di UTP pada sem hadapan (21-22 Sept) dan bayaran boleh dibuat sewaktu tuntutan.
- Self collect during next semester (21-22 Sept) and payment can be done during collection.

Bagaimana jika ada pemintaan penghantaran ke rumah sebelum 21 Sept?
- How if we want you to deliver to our home before 21 Sept?

✏ Boleh jika ada permintaan. Kos tambahan akan dikenakan bagi kerja pengeposan.
- Only per request and there'll be extra charge for postage.

Berapa lama masa diambil untuk siapkan cetakan?
- How long is the printing and hardbound process?

✏ 2-3 hari bagi satu dokumen. Namun akan ambil masa 2-3 minggu siap mengikut batch penyerahan.
- 2-3 days for a document. However, it took 2-3 weeks for a batch to finished.

Bagaimana jika ada cetakan berbeza daripada file yang diserahkan?
- How if there is mistake from original document submitted?

✏ Kami hanya proses dokumen yang diemailkan kepada kami. Sebarang kesilapan cetakan yg datang dpd pihak SM Creative, kami akan bertanggungjawab. Pastikan saudara-saudari menghantar format dokumen yang betul.
- We'll process the document exactly as what you've emailed to us. If the printing error is from SM Creative side, we will be responsible for that. Just make sure that the document you want to submit is in the right format.
