Banda singh bahadur is a historical figure that has been used in various movies.There are movies such as rise of khalsa which was released in 2006 which focuses on the rise of Baba banda singh bahadur and his conquest of the city of Sirhind.There is also chaar sahibziade 2 which was released in 2016 which is a sequel to chaar sahibzaade 1 in 2014.despite all of the movies we have had on Banda singh pretty much all of them end with him conquering sirhind.Only chaar sahibzaade 2 actually shows his execution which even then the average movie goer isn't going to know what exactly lead to his capture and execution.I have not come across a single movie that shows his later campaigns and I personally feel like there is alot of potential.I feel like there should instead be a show on Banda singh bahadur that not only focuses on his rise but fall aswell.It can show some of banda singhs later campaigns such as the invasion into the Ganga doaba,battle of rahon,haidiri flag crusade,siege of lohgarh and gurdas nangal etc.It can also show Banda singhs later disagreements with Bhai Binod singh aswell.
